The Patient Centred Flow Summit will bring together executives and directors from across the NHS to spend the day in presentations, focused round-table sessions and interactive exhibition spaces. The Summit will have a separate section of the event which will unite 1,000 patients and include sessions focused on patient education, empowerment and support. Themes for the day will include: Patient Flow, Innovation and Technology, Data Driven Insights, Elective Recovery, Patient Community Care, Learning from Winter, Appropriate Discharge Planning, Health Inequalities and more.

The first event of its kind, the Haematology Patient and Carer Congress is a day in celebration of patients living with rare blood diseases, and those that care for them. The summit will bring together patients, their carers and clinicians, for a day focused on sharing experiences, stories and learning around the number of rare blood diseases that affect so much of our population. With the addition of an NHS senior leadership element to the Summit, this section of the event will centre around approaches to improving flow across our system, while considering how we can better empower our patients to support NHS flow challenges.
