The NHS Leadership and Development Programme is the next in a series of private roundtables with Sir Jim Mackey.

Taking place on 2 July, the programme will bring together 150 NHS Chiefs from across the health system for a full day of private, focused discussions and networking. Designed to foster open and candid dialogue, the programme will explore Trust priorities, strategic opportunities for the year ahead, and how recent NHS changes are translating into strategy, operational delivery, and organisational leadership.

With a series of closed-door roundtables hosted by Sir Jim, attendees will have the opportunity to share perspectives on what is working, what is not, and what must change next, helping to inform planning and priorities for the year ahead.

The programme will also include a complimentary three-course lunch and dedicated networking opportunities, bringing together senior leaders from across the NHS to strengthen collaboration and support the development of current and future health system leaders.
