The NHS Leadership and Development Programme is the next in a series of focused sessions with senior leadership colleagues across the country, including private strategic roundtables with Sir Jim Mackey, NHS England CEO.
Taking place on 2 and 3 July, at The Grand Hotel in Birmingham, the programme will bring together 150 NHS Chiefs from across the health system for a full day of private, focused discussions and networking. Designed to foster open and candid dialogue, the programme will explore Trust priorities, strategic opportunities for the year ahead, and how recent NHS changes are translating into strategy, operational delivery, and organisational leadership.
The programme will feature a series of closed-door roundtables, sit downs with Sir Jim and other leadership colleagues,strategic private exec round tables on current challenges and Chatham House discussions on leadership development. Attendees will have the opportunity to share perspectives on what is working, what is not, and what must change next, helping to inform planning and priorities for the year ahead.
The programme will also include a complimentary three-course lunch and dedicated networking opportunities, bringing together senior leaders from across the NHS to strengthen collaboration and support the development of current and future health system leaders.
